How much time does it take?
The 5-week path is five 45-minute sessions with your fellow founding leaders, plus a 30-minute private session with Mili twice a week. The 12-week path is a 60-minute group session and a 60-minute private session with Mili, every week. Between sessions there’s no homework. One practice, not a task.
How do I know which path is right?
Tell us in your application which feels right, or that you’re not sure. Mili reads every application herself and confirms the path with you within 48 hours.
Is it confidential?
Yes. What you share stays between you and Mili. Your team’s survey is anonymous, and the report is yours alone.
Can my company fund it?
Some leaders fund it through their company’s leadership development; others fund it personally. If you’d like it for your whole leadership team, there’s a way to do that.
What happens after the program?
You become one of the first H.E.A.R.T. Lifers, the community of leaders who have completed H.E.A.R.T. It begins with three monthly founding circles with Mili after the program, and grows with the people in it.
