The H.E.A.R.T. Founding Circle.
These terms apply when you enroll in the H.E.A.R.T. Founding Circle with Milor Consulting Inc. (“Milor”). By completing enrollment, you agree to them. Questions before you enroll: mili@milor.co.
1. The program
The Founding Circle is a small group of up to ten founding leaders. It begins in January 2027, runs virtually, and sessions are held in Eastern Time. You enroll in one of two paths:
- The Introduction Path, 5 weeks. Five 45-minute group sessions, and a 30-minute private session with Mili twice a week.
- The Foundation Path, 12 weeks. A 60-minute group session and a 60-minute private session with Mili, every week.
Both paths include a private questionnaire and the H.E.A.R.T. Reflection Guide before you begin, an anonymous survey of your team before and after, a private report at the close, and three monthly founding circles after the program. Session dates are shared when you enroll.
The first cohort graduates together, in person, in Miami. Attending is optional, and travel and lodging are at your own cost.
2. Enrollment
Enrollment is by application. Mili reads every application herself. If H.E.A.R.T. is the right fit, she sends you a private link to enroll. Your place is confirmed when your payment, or your first payment, is received. The circle closes when ten places are filled, or on December 31, 2026, whichever comes first.
3. Fees and payment
Founding Circle rates, in US dollars: the Introduction Path is $5,000 and the Foundation Path is $8,000. You can pay in full, or in two equal payments: half to reserve your place, and half at the program’s midpoint (week 3 of the Introduction Path, week 6 of the Foundation Path). The second payment is due whether or not you attend every session.
Payments are processed securely through HoneyBook. Milor never sees or stores your full card details.
4. Payments are final
All payments are final and non-refundable, including if you stop attending, miss sessions, or decide after enrolling that the program isn’t for you. That’s why fit is confirmed before you pay.
5. Sessions and scheduling
Group sessions run on the dates shared at enrollment and aren’t repeated if you miss one. A private session can be moved with at least 24 hours’ notice; one missed without notice counts as held. If Mili needs to move a session, it’s rescheduled, not lost.
6. Confidentiality
What you share with Mili stays between you and Mili. In group sessions, every participant agrees to keep what others share private. Your team’s survey is anonymous, and your report is yours alone. Sessions aren’t recorded unless everyone present agrees.
7. Your role as a founding member
Founding members help shape H.E.A.R.T. through honest reflection and feedback. Your story is shared only if you choose to share it, and only in the way you approve.
8. What H.E.A.R.T. is, and isn’t
H.E.A.R.T. is leadership development and coaching. It isn’t therapy, counseling, or medical, legal, or financial advice. You remain responsible for your own decisions and their results. Results depend on many things, including your own participation, so no specific outcome is guaranteed.
9. Program materials
The H.E.A.R.T. materials, including the Reflection Guide, belong to Milor. You’re welcome to use them in your own leadership and with your own team. Please don’t resell, republish, or teach them as a program of your own.
10. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the version you accepted when you enrolled still applies to your Founding Circle.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
