Your information, handled with care.
This explains what Milor Consulting Inc. (“Milor”) collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions: mili@milor.co.
What we collect
- When you apply: your name, email, phone, organization, role, the number of people you lead, the path you’re considering, and anything you choose to tell us about what you’re carrying and what you hope for.
- When you ask for a conversation, invite Mili to speak, or join the early-reader list: the details you type into that form.
- When you take the H.E.A.R.T. Reflection: your answers stay in your browser and aren’t sent anywhere.
- When you enroll: HoneyBook handles your agreement and payment. We receive your name, email, and confirmation of payment, never your full card details.
- When you book a time: Google Calendar holds the details you enter for the booking.
- During the program: your team’s survey responses are anonymous.
How we use it
To reply to you, review your application, enroll you, deliver the program, and send the emails you’ve asked for. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for advertising.
Who else handles it
Only the services that run the website and the program for us:
- Netlify, for the website and its forms.
- Google, for calendar booking and email.
- HoneyBook, for enrollment, payments, client email, and our client records.
Each handles your information under its own privacy terms.
Cookies
This website doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
Applications and enrollment records are kept for as long as we need them to run the program and keep proper records. Email list details are kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, unless we’re required to keep it for legal or accounting reasons.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from any email with one click. Write to mili@milor.co. If you’re in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or Serbia, you also have the rights those privacy laws give you, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This website and the program are for adults, and aren’t intended for anyone under 18.
